Hits the medium roast spot perfectly… now can I buy a bag big enough to make it affordable?

Very enjoyable medium roast with notes of caramel and chocolate. I notice that most coffee’s today have a fruit forward character that comes off as sour to me. This coffee definitely comes across more on the chocolate side Which is more to my liking.

Beautifully smooth, and delightfully bright! Wake me up to this everyday please.

I have been "using" double espresso's for the past 12 years. I started my bean journey with mass brands found at the grocery store and did some experimenting with boutique brands for a while. I could not find a bean that mimicked the flavours found at specialty coffee shops regardless of price or prestige so i found myself back at the grocery store for convenience.

until now.

So stoked to finally pull retail quality shots from my Rancilio in the comfort of my own home.
