Stim Coffee Co. is co-founded by two former-tech colleagues, Ryan Wong and Adam Williston. What began as a shared interest in whiskies and beer would eventually expanded into the world of coffee. But as the two began dabbling in specialty coffee, they found it equal parts "frustrating" and "unnecessarily-complex". Determined to reshape this culture, they set out to launch their own brand with one goal in mind - make great coffee that's fun, approachable and inspiring.

The universe agreed. Enter: an impeccably-timed corporate parachute. And just like that, Stim Coffee was born.

The name - a shorthand reference to "stimulant" - is a nod to one co-founder's admiration for his spouse's day job. A pharmacist, to be precise. Or should we say, "legal drug dealer"? Elevating the focus on “caffeine" is core to the Stim brand. After all, it is the world's most celebrated (and legal) neuroactive stimulant.

Stim Coffee leans into a playful, pharmaceutical-inspired vibe with the energy encapsulated in its highly-caffeinated mascot, Doc, a 2D embodiment of its co-founders. Premium coffees are sourced from top-tier suppliers around the world, and small-batch roasted in Canada. With Stim Coffee, a new kind of coffee culture is being built. Smart, not snobby.
