Stim has been my morning brew for a few months now it’s always consistent. I use a French press and drink a cup in the morning and the left overs over ice at around 3. Both are great I really taste the tasting notes in afternoon iced version.

Tough to find a dark roasted decaf. This is it. Tastes excellent you forget you’re drinking a decaf!

The medium-light roast is everything as described! Notes of black tea are prevalent, with some citrus and subtle stone fruit coming through. With milk (in a cappuccino), the coffee is velvety smooth. Everything comes together very nicely!

I recently had the chance to try the Ethiopia Guji beans from Stim Coffee Co., and I was honestly impressed. The roast is beautifully balanced, leaning toward a medium-light profile that really lets the natural flavors shine through.
