WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, as well as Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific). 

 

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We do! The majority of Canadian customers can enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders $50+ (CAD). Continental US customers can enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders $70+ (USD). If you reside in a remote, rural, or hard-to-service area, as defined by your postal code/zip code, you do not currently qualify for free shipping. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.  

 

I ORDERED SOMETHING, BUT IT HASN'T ARRIVED.

First, log in to your account and check the status of your order. Sometimes tracking updates provided by the carrier are... let’s just say, “optimistic”. Give it a few extra days for the delivery to catch up, especially if you live in a rural area. Still missing? Hit up our Consumer Care team via the contact page - we’ll get it sorted.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We pack and ship orders within 2-3 business days. From there, your coffee’s road trip can take between 1-9 business days, depending on location. Carrier delays happen, but we always hustle to get your coffee to you as fresh as possible. The estimates we provide cover the time from shipment to delivery, excluding processing time at the warehouse.
