The medium-light roast is everything as described! Notes of black tea are prevalent, with some citrus and subtle stone fruit coming through. With milk (in a cappuccino), the coffee is velvety smooth. Everything comes together very nicely!

I recently had the chance to try the Ethiopia Guji beans from Stim Coffee Co., and I was honestly impressed. The roast is beautifully balanced, leaning toward a medium-light profile that really lets the natural flavors shine through.

You can taste bright, clean notes with a subtle sweetness that makes each cup feel smooth and enjoyable without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of coffee that works just as well for a slow morning as it does for a quick pick-me-up.

You can tell there’s real care put into both sourcing and roasting. Definitely a solid choice if you appreciate a well-crafted, high-quality coffee. I’ll be coming back for more.
