Can I return the coffee and receive a refund?

Unfortunately not. Coffee is perishable, and we can’t accept returns for food safety reasons. However, if an item arrives damaged, please email us within 5 business days, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Once an order is placed, we’re already on it like Doc on an espresso shot. We can’t make changes or cancel orders after checkout, so please double-check your shipping address and order details before clicking the button.
